Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Steam the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes and drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté garlic, and add shrimp; cook until pink.
- Add broccoli, butter, paprika, salt, and pepper; stir until butter melts.
- Mix in the cooked rice and combine well; add lemon juice if desired.
