Instructions
- Wash and chop the tomatoes; blend if a smoother sauce is desired.
- Boil salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions, and reserve a cup of pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté minced garlic until golden.
- Add chopped tomatoes to the skillet, cook for 5-7 minutes, adding pasta water if needed.
- Mix in the cooked pasta, season, and add fresh basil.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
