Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Dip shrimp in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Combine sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
  6. Toss fried shrimp in the skillet with the sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Serve on a plate garnished with green onions.
