- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your choice)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and caramelized.
- Lay out tortillas, add lettuce, tomatoes, and cooked chicken, sprinkle with cheese, then roll tightly.
- Cut wraps in half, serve with a side, and garnish with cilantro if desired.
