- 2 filet mignon steaks (about 6 oz each)
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lobster cream sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove steaks and rest; sauté garlic in the same skillet, then cook the shrimp until pink.
- Add lobster cream sauce to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return filet mignon to the skillet, spoon the shrimp and sauce over it, and warm through for 1 minute.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for steaks based on your preferred doneness.
- Fresh parsley adds a nice touch as a garnish.
