Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 3-inch squares.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- Place each puff pastry square into the muffin tin.
- Mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, egg, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
- Spoon the pecan mixture into each pastry cup.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
