- 8 tostada shells
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken with taco seasoning in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat refried beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
- Spread warm beans on each tostada shell, then add seasoned chicken on top.
- Pile on shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and avocado slices.
- Sprinkle with cheese and add a dollop of sour cream; drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
