Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups of beef broth

  • 1 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Layer diced potatoes, chopped onion, and seasoned steak in the crockpot, then pour beef broth over.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Stir in sour cream and half of the shredded cheese after cooking.
  5. Serve in bowls topped with remaining cheese, crumbled bacon, and garnished with fresh chives.
