Instructions
- Layer chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Mix bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are covered.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it with forks, and return to the crockpot.
- Mix shredded chicken with sauce and garnish with green onions before serving.
