Instructions
- Tenderize chicken breasts by pounding them to about 1 inch thick.
- Set up a breading station with flour, whisked eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
- Bread the chicken by coating in flour, dipping in eggs, and then pressing into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Cook the breaded chicken in hot olive oil for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make the garlic cream sauce by sautéing minced garlic, then adding heavy cream and seasoning.
- Serve the chicken with the garlic cream sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
