Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Tenderize chicken breasts by pounding them to about 1 inch thick.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, whisked eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  3. Bread the chicken by coating in flour, dipping in eggs, and then pressing into the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Cook the breaded chicken in hot olive oil for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Make the garlic cream sauce by sautéing minced garlic, then adding heavy cream and seasoning.
  6. Serve the chicken with the garlic cream sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
