Instructions
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
- Whisk the eggs in another shallow bowl for the egg wash.
- Dip each pork chop in the egg wash, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook the coated pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use Panko breadcrumbs.
- Ensure the oil is hot enough before adding the pork chops.
