  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
  2. Whisk the eggs in another shallow bowl for the egg wash.
  3. Dip each pork chop in the egg wash, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  5. Cook the coated pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
