  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef slices in soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, and seasoning for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  3. Toss marinated beef in cornstarch until coated.
  4. Fry beef in heated oil until golden brown, then set aside.
  5. Sauté onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger in the same pan for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return beef to the pan, stir-fry for a minute, and adjust seasoning.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
