- 1 cup rice (white or brown)

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate beef slices in soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, and seasoning for 15 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Toss marinated beef in cornstarch until coated.
- Fry beef in heated oil until golden brown, then set aside.
- Sauté onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger in the same pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan, stir-fry for a minute, and adjust seasoning.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
