- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, and sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Add minced garlic and sliced pepperoncini, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
