Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice and cook it with 2 cups of water for 15 minutes, then fluff.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper; let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add remaining butter, stir until melted, serve over rice, and garnish with parsley.
