- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1 cup jasmine rice

Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice and cook it with 2 cups of water for 15 minutes, then fluff.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
- Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper; let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add remaining butter, stir until melted, serve over rice, and garnish with parsley.
