Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chicken until cooked through.
- Add onion, carrots, and garlic; cook until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in pasta and thyme; simmer until pasta is al dente.
- Mix in heavy cream and frozen peas; heat through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
