- 8 oz shell pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook shell pasta until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth into the skillet, simmer, then stir in heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce, toss gently, and cook on low for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
