Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook shell pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour chicken broth into the skillet, simmer, then stir in heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce, toss gently, and cook on low for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
