Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water, add salt, and cook egg noodles until al dente; drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté beef until browned, then set aside.
  3. Sauté onion and mushrooms in the same skillet, add garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Sprinkle flour over vegetables, stir, and gradually add beef broth; simmer until thickened.
  5. Add beef and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in sour cream; heat through.
  6. Serve over egg noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
