- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water, add salt, and cook egg noodles until al dente; drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté beef until browned, then set aside.
- Sauté onion and mushrooms in the same skillet, add garlic and cook briefly.
- Sprinkle flour over vegetables, stir, and gradually add beef broth; simmer until thickened.
- Add beef and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in sour cream; heat through.
- Serve over egg noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
