- 1 boneless turkey breast (about 3–4 pounds)
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange (zested and juiced)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry juice, fresh cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder; boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour half of the glaze over it.
- Roast for about 1 hour, basting with remaining glaze every 20 minutes.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and remove from the oven.
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serve with remaining glaze.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider marinating the turkey overnight in the glaze.
- Garnish with fresh herbs for an appealing presentation.
