Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt. Add melted butter and buttermilk; stir gently.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, mix crab meat, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop biscuit dough, add crab mixture, fold and shape into balls.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then serve warm.
