Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, egg whites, and salt in a large bowl until sticky.
- Form small mounds of the mixture and place on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
