Instructions
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add flour and vanilla extract; mix until combined. Add milk if needed.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough, shape into balls, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips for coating until smooth.
- Dip chilled dough balls in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Chill again for 10 minutes until chocolate hardens.
