Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon of milk (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add flour and vanilla extract; mix until combined. Add milk if needed.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop dough, shape into balls, and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips for coating until smooth.
  6. Dip chilled dough balls in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  7. Chill again for 10 minutes until chocolate hardens.
