  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate and grill the chicken until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  2. Mix chipotle ranch dressing in a bowl, adjusting spice to taste.
  3. Assemble the burrito with rice, beans, corn, chicken, tomatoes, cheese, and sauce on a tortilla.
  4. Roll the burrito by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom up.
