Instructions
- Mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until it reaches 165°F. Let rest before slicing.
- Combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl to make the creamy garlic sauce.
- Slice the chicken and serve in pita or wraps with fresh vegetables and garlic sauce.
