Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan, add chicken sausage, and sauté until browned (about 5 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, then stir in broccoli florets and sauté for another 3 minutes.
- Mix in the orzo pasta thoroughly.
- Pour in chicken broth and Italian seasoning, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 10-12 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
