- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil salted water and cook pasta shells until al dente.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, sausage, ricotta, half mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the filling.
- Spread half the Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and pour remaining sauce on top.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Notes
- Allow shells to cool slightly before stuffing.
- Feel free to add vegetables to the filling for extra flavor.
