Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta shells until al dente.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, sausage, ricotta, half mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the filling.
  5. Spread half the Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and pour remaining sauce on top.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Notes

  • Allow shells to cool slightly before stuffing.
  • Feel free to add vegetables to the filling for extra flavor.
