Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté ground chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add diced bell peppers, onions, and garlic; sauté until tender (3-5 minutes).
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Prepare lettuce leaves as wraps.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
- Garnish with green onions and peanuts, and add extra soy sauce if desired.
