  • 1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté ground chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  2. Add diced bell peppers, onions, and garlic; sauté until tender (3-5 minutes).
  3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Prepare lettuce leaves as wraps.
  5. Spoon chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
  6. Garnish with green onions and peanuts, and add extra soy sauce if desired.
