- 1 pound of chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 slices of ham
- 1 cup of Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and roll out the dough.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, ham, cheeses, and Dijon mustard, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Spread the filling on the dough, leaving edges, and roll tightly.
- Seal the edges and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the top with whisked egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
