A delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu Stromboli filled with chicken, ham, and two types of cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1 cup of Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and roll out the dough.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, ham, cheeses, and Dijon mustard, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the filling on the dough, leaving edges, and roll tightly.
  4. Seal the edges and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush the top with whisked egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
