- 1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (12×16 inches) on a floured surface.
- Spread the filling mixture over the dough, leaving about an inch from the edges.
- Roll the dough tightly from one of the longer sides, tucking in the ends.
- Place the rolled Stromboli on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the filling.
