- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: croutons for extra crunch
Instructions
- Cook your chicken if not already done, then shred or dice it.
- Combine the chicken with Caesar dressing in a bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill romaine leaves with the chicken mixture and top with cherry tomato halves.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and add croutons if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
