- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, half mozzarella, onion, bell pepper, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls, create an indentation, fill with remaining mozzarella, and roll back into a ball.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
