A delicious blend of cheesy, crispy potatoes and savory smoked sausage tossed in ranch seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes; place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the sliced smoked sausage to the bowl.
  4. Pour olive oil and sprinkle ranch dressing mix over the mixture; toss to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider using spicy smoked sausage.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
