- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions to the mixture.
- Spread the mixture onto tortillas, leaving space at the edges.
- Fold in the sides and roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), place burritos seam-side down in a baking dish, and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- Feel free to adjust the spiciness by varying the amount of buffalo sauce.
