- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 bag frozen French fries (about 28 ounces)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper; stir in diced onions and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Layer frozen French fries in the baking dish, followed by the cooked beef and onion mixture.
- Top with ketchup, mustard, diced tomatoes, pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
