- 1 cup of cooked shrimp, chopped

- 1 cup of cooked scallops, chopped
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix shrimp, crab, scallops, heavy cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package instructions to form a soft dough.
- Pour the seafood mixture into a greased pie dish, top with biscuit dough, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
