- 8 oz pasta of your choice (spaghetti or fettuccine works well)
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chilli oil (adjust for spice preference)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, add onions and salt, and caramelize for 15-20 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and chilli oil, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well with the onion and chilli oil.
- Serve garnished with parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of chilli oil based on your spice preference.
- Fresh parsley adds a nice touch to the presentation.
