Delicious Cajun Parmesan Shrimp Wraps that are easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the shrimp.
  2. Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, then cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Lay out a tortilla, spread mayonnaise, add lemon juice, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cooked shrimp, then sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Roll the tortilla, tuck in the sides, slice in half, and serve.

  • Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
