- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Stir in the lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
