- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and mix broccoli, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Create pockets in chicken breasts and stuff them with the filling.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken, sear for 5-7 minutes on each side, then bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
