Deliciously creamy Boursin Cheese Scalloped Potatoes, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work best)
  • 1 package (5.2 ounces) of Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor recommended)
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or Gruyère)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash, peel, and slice the potatoes thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Boursin cheese until smooth.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer potatoes and cream mixture, repeating until all ingredients are used.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
