Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 6 ounces Boursin cheese (any flavor you prefer)
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fry the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Add olive oil and broccoli to the skillet; sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender.
  3. Boil salted water, add gnocchi, and cook until they float (2–3 minutes). Drain.
  4. Add drained gnocchi to the skillet with broccoli, stir in bacon and Boursin cheese until creamy.
  5. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables or protein as desired.
  • Parmesan cheese can enhance the flavor when garnished.
