- 1 pound gnocchi
- 6 ounces Boursin cheese (any flavor you prefer)
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Fry the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Add olive oil and broccoli to the skillet; sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender.
- Boil salted water, add gnocchi, and cook until they float (2–3 minutes). Drain.
- Add drained gnocchi to the skillet with broccoli, stir in bacon and Boursin cheese until creamy.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables or protein as desired.
- Parmesan cheese can enhance the flavor when garnished.
