Instructions
- Wash and chop bok choy into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté minced garlic in the hot oil for about 30 seconds.
- Add chopped bok choy and toss until it begins to wilt.
- Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle sugar, stirring to coat the bok choy.
- Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or chili flakes, then serve hot.
