Delicious blueberry and cream cheese quesadillas, perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter or cooking spray for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese with honey and cinnamon, then fold in blueberries.
  2. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on one tortilla, sprinkle with mozzarella, top with another tortilla.
  3. Cook in a skillet with butter or cooking spray for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove, let cool, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
