- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Butter or cooking spray for frying
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese with honey and cinnamon, then fold in blueberries.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on one tortilla, sprinkle with mozzarella, top with another tortilla.
- Cook in a skillet with butter or cooking spray for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove, let cool, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
