Delicious and easy-to-make egg and bacon wraps, perfect for a light meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 slices of crispy bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce or butter lettuce
  • Fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes, then cool and peel them.
  2. Fry the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Chop the boiled eggs and mix them with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and garnish as desired.
