- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 head of romaine lettuce or butter lettuce
- Fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes, then cool and peel them.
- Fry the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Chop the boiled eggs and mix them with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and garnish as desired.
