Ingredients

- 1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups of mushrooms, sliced (button or shiitake work well)
- 3 tablespoons of black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 green onion, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with black pepper, stir well, and cook for an additional minute.
- Garnish with green onions and serve over rice or noodles.

- Feel free to adjust the amount of black pepper to your taste.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
