Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 green onion, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Season with black pepper, stir well, and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve over rice or noodles.
