Ingredients

- 1 pound of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper, coarsely ground
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and half of the black pepper for 5 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Add the marinated beef in a single layer, sear for 2-3 minutes, then stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger for 3-4 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet, add remaining black pepper, and stir well for another minute.
- Serve garnished with sliced green onions.

- Adjust seasoning as desired.
