- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Season and coat the diced chicken breast in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Assemble the bowl: start with rice, add chicken, drizzle with sauce, and top with lettuce, cucumbers, green onions, and sesame seeds.
