A creamy and flavorful Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole that’s sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add bell pepper and cook further.
  3. Mix cream cheese, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Combine cooked spaghetti and sautéed vegetables with the cheese mixture.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let cool slightly, garnish with basil, and serve hot.
