- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add bell pepper and cook further.
- Mix cream cheese, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine cooked spaghetti and sautéed vegetables with the cheese mixture.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with basil, and serve hot.
