  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped bacon in a pot over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
