- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour or almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the avocado, remove the pit, and mash the flesh in a mixing bowl.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Mix the mashed avocado, melted chocolate, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold into the wet mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack, cut into squares, and enjoy.
