Ingredients

- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of peeled, sliced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work great!)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend milk, sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Peel and slice apples, then toss with cinnamon.
- Pour half of the blended mixture into a greased pie dish, layer apples, and then add the remaining mixture on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
- For best results, use Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples.
- Allowing the pie to cool helps enhance the flavors.
